About ITOC360

We've been woken up in the middle of the night. For nothing.

Not once. Many times. And so has nearly everyone working in IT operations.

Years of field work, then a product

ITOC360 didn't start as a software company. It started as an IT operations firm, deploying infrastructure, running managed services, and staffing on-call rotations for organizations across the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

In 2019 we registered the ITOC brand and launched human-assisted on-call services. If the tooling didn't exist to do it right, we'd do it manually until it did. That service operation became our longest R&D cycle: years of real incidents, real escalations and real post-mortems across dozens of client environments.

We became one of the early leaders in managed NOC automation globally — not because we read about the problem, but because we operated inside it. So we built it.

What we built

ITOC360 is an incident orchestration platform that takes over the moment after an alert fires. It correlates alerts into meaningful incidents, routes them to the right engineer, escalates when escalation is actually warranted, and maintains accountability through the full resolution cycle.

Every design decision in the platform comes from the same place: we have seen what happens when this goes wrong, at scale, in production. We built the version that does not.

Our mission

The right engineer, for the right incident, at the right time. And everything they need to end it.

Not every alert deserves a wakeup in the middle of the night. But the ones that do cannot wait until morning — and the person who picks up should not have to work out the rest alone.

Where your data lives is a decision, not a default

ITOC360 is incorporated in the United States, engineered in Europe, and operated for clients across the US, the UK and the Gulf. For teams with European data residency requirements, that is a choice you get to make.
